3 Week Road Trip to Spain and France
Our 2023 summer holiday was a relaxed trip down to Spain on the ferry and then back through France. The weather wasn't quite as hot and sunny as we had hoped and expected and we had quite a lot of rain, but in reality that probably suited us better as when it was hot it was too warm in the van without AC. We found Spain to be very friendly and cheap with the cities we visited very interesting. When we crossed into France we noticed how much more expensive it was and also how much there appeared to have been a camper explosion since the last time we were there. Definitely got the impression the French are trying to control the camper invasion and understandably so.
